About the Role

We are hiring a high-performing Sales & Booking Closer to handle U.S.-based limousine inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings, with a focus on:

• Corporate transportation contracts
• Airport transfers
• Executive clients
• Event & wedding packages

This is NOT a basic call center role. You must be confident, persuasive, and revenue-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls & website inquiries
• Convert price shoppers into confirmed bookings
• Upsell premium vehicles & add-ons
• Close corporate monthly accounts
• Follow up with warm leads
• Coordinate with dispatch for smooth execution
• Maintain CRM records

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in sales or closing (U.S. market preferred)
• Strong American-style communication
• Confidence in handling high-end clients
• Ability to negotiate pricing professionally
• Experience in limo/travel industry is a plus

Commission Structure (Example)

• % on confirmed bookings
• Bonus for monthly corporate account acquisition
