About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales & Client Engagement Professional to join a growing business consulting firm specializing in company formation, legal counsel, and corporate advisory services across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be a high-performing sales professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and experience in business setup, investment migration, or professional services sales. This is a performance-based role with significant earning potential through commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospects globally who are planning to establish businesses in the UAE.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, events).
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored UAE setup solutions.
- Present and negotiate proposals, ensuring smooth client onboarding and documentation.
- Achieve a minimum monthly business target of AED 80,000.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, accounting) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Ideal Profile
- 4 – 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business setup, corporate services, banking, immigration, or legal consulting in the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Strong global network or experience dealing with international entrepreneurs and investors.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission: 30% on net revenue from each client onboarded.
- Fixed monthly allowance: AED 4,000–5,000 for business expenses.
- Potential Earnings: High, based on performance.
