Job Summary:
The Senior Sales & Concept Designer is a key role that combines leadership in sales with advanced furniture and interior design expertise. This position is responsible for driving high-value sales, creating innovative design concepts, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior sales/design staff. The role ensures Enza Home delivers premium furniture solutions while achieving business growth and maintaining brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Client Management
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for high-value clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and corporate customers.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored furniture solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
Concept Design & Visualization
- Prepare advanced 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and design presentations for clients.
- Provide expert advice on furniture selection, materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure designs are feasible and delivered on time.
- Review and refine design concepts to align with client expectations and Enza Home standards.
Mentorship & Team Support
- Guide and mentor junior sales and concept design staff.
- Share best practices in client handling, design presentations, and closing techniques.
- Support the sales team in handling complex or high-value client accounts.
Market Trends & Product Insights
- Stay updated on furniture and interior design trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Provide input for product development, showroom styling, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist management in strategizing for new market opportunities and high-end client acquisition.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and design projects.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and design reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of client projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in sales and concept design within the furniture or interior design industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-value clients.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and mentor junior staff.
