Recommend suitable tyres, wheels, and related product
Explain features, benefits, pricing, and warranties clearly
Process sales, prepare quotations, and handle payments
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate product knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, and specifications
Coordinate with fitment/technical staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control

Education:

Competences

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of tyre brands, sizes, specifications, and fitment requirements
Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Basic knowledge of vehicle types and tyre applications
Quotation preparation and payment processing skills

Language:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
