Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Exhibition Stand Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire clients in the exhibition, events, and trade show sectors across Dubai, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including event organizers, corporates, and marketing teams.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored exhibition stand solutions, design concepts, and related services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations that align with client expectations and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, project management, fabrication) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Achieve regional sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to drive business development.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and brand presence.
Key Accountabilities
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expansion of client base and repeat business in the region.
- Timely follow-up and closure of leads with high conversion rates.
- Accurate reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.

- Strong network and contacts in the exhibition stand and events industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple markets.
- Ability to understand technical requirements of exhibition stands and interior fit-outs.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in exhibition stand sales (mandatory).
- Experience working across UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- UAE / GCC driving license preferred.
