Join CoolCare Refrigeration as a Senior Sales Engineer – Refrigeration Solutions.

Industry: Commercial Refrigeration

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client relationships in the refrigeration sector (end users, contractors for cold rooms & food retail segment)
• Identify new business opportunities and close sales deals
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Refrigeration sales
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems (e.g., cold rooms, supermarkets, condensing units, racks, compressors, evaporators, condensers)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus
