Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on perfumes and fragrance products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Promote loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail.
