Job Summary
The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s client portfolio in Egypt by promoting insulation solutions to consultants, contractors, and project owners. The role involves technical sales, relationship management, and ensuring product specifications are included in major projects.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with consultants to specify and recommend the company’s products for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Follow up with contractors and consultants throughout the project cycle to ensure product inclusion and execution.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential leads in the market.

Maintain and expand a strong professional network to support business growth.

Build and sustain long-term relationships and trust with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Accompany customers during factory visits, exhibitions, and events as needed.

Negotiate terms and close deals with customers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with internal departments such as technical support, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Provide periodic sales reports, forecasts, and project updates to management.

Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline
.

Minimum 3 years
of experience in
technical or industrial sales
, preferably in
HVAC, insulation, or construction materials
sectors.

Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in project-based environments.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth understanding of
HVAC systems, insulation materials, and construction processes

(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Fluent in English and Arabic
