Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales forecasts, targets, and required tools and activities to meet business goals.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Promote company products and services to existing clients while identifying and acquiring new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical specifications, and effective sales techniques.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports and sales data to management on time.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Research and penetrate new markets and customer segments.
  • Prepare customer quotations, determine pricing and profit margins based on market data, past experience, and competitive analysis.
  • Follow up with clients through all stages of the sales process until final decisions are made.
  • Participate in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in Firefighting or HVAC systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical thinking and flexibility in problem-solving.
