Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales forecasts, targets, and required tools and activities to meet business goals.
- Negotiate sales contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Promote company products and services to existing clients while identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical specifications, and effective sales techniques.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and sales data to management on time.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Research and penetrate new markets and customer segments.
- Prepare customer quotations, determine pricing and profit margins based on market data, past experience, and competitive analysis.
- Follow up with clients through all stages of the sales process until final decisions are made.
- Participate in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in Firefighting or HVAC systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical thinking and flexibility in problem-solving.
