Senior Sales Engineer

Makkays is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer – Test & Measurement to drive business growth in Electrical Testing & Measurement instruments, Power Supplies, and Electronic Loads.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and strengthen long-term client relationships through technical engagement.Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities in test & measurement solutions.Handle the complete sales cycle: technical discussions, proposals, order execution, delivery coordination & payment recovery.Prepare and respond to quotations, tenders, and RFPs with technical and commercial accuracy.Coordinate with supply chain, service teams, and finance for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting aligned with business targets.

RequirementsBE Electrical / Electronics Engineering (MBA is a plus)Minimum 4+ years of relevant sales experience (Lahore/Central region preferred)Strong relationships with industrial customers, utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and system integratorsStrong negotiation, networking, and closing skillsStrong command of MS Word/Excel reporting
