Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Sales Engineer, based in Dammam. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their technical and business needs, and presenting suitable steel product and engineering solutions. The role includes conducting technical presentations, providing technical support during the sales process, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction. The individual will also play a key role in meeting sales targets and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Steel Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
• Experience in sales and relationship management, with the ability to develop and grow client accounts.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client inquiries and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strong Technical Support skills to assist clients in understanding product applications and resolving technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is advantageous.
