Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Manager

Role Purpose

The Senior Sales Engineer drives revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting TRITORC’s torqueing, bolting, machining, and industrial solutions across the Oil & Gas, EPC, Power, and Manufacturing sectors. The role combines strong technical expertise with strategic sales capability to position TRITORC as a preferred solutions partner.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across EPC contractors, Oil & Gas operators, OEMs, and industrial clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with TRITORC’s growth strategy.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, maintenance managers, and project engineers.
  • Conduct regular client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely support.

3. Technical Expertise & Solution Selling

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable TRITORC products, tools, and services.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution packages.
  • Support clients during shutdowns, turnarounds, and critical bolting operations.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in new sectors or regions.
  • Provide feedback to management for product development and strategic planning.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Service, Operations, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of torqueing, tensioning, hydraulic tools, machining, or industrial equipment.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Experience

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial Tools, Bolting Solutions, or Mechanical Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Experience working with shutdowns, maintenance teams, and project-based clients is highly preferred.
