Senior Sales Engineer - HVAC

We are looking for an experienced Product/Project Sales Engineer with a proven track record in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of HVAC products and services, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage sales activities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue generation

Roles and responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing of AC Equipment for brands Clima Uno and Tecnair.
• Generating Enquiries
• Verifying and ensuring to send the quotation in concurrence with the sales coordinator
• Follow on Quoted projects and work towards closing the deal.
• Client retention
• Customer building and satisfaction monitoring.
• Meeting regularly with the respective accounts that are assigned to by the management.
• Price negotiation at site level.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in Sales background for Air conditioning products
• Education Qualification: Mechanical Engineer
• Sales experience of AC products like AHU, FAHU, VRF, ERV Ducted, Package, and Ecology units
• Good Sales and Marketing network
• Sales Attitude and Self Driven
• UAE Driving License - Preferred
• Multilingual skills are highly preferred
