Who are we looking for :

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our HVAC equipment sales team in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling chilled water systems, DX/VRF equipment, air handling units, fan coil units, and related components to consultants, MEP contractors, and developers.

The role requires both technical expertise and strong market relationships to achieve growth targets and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the company’s HVAC equipment sales within the UAE market.
  • Promote and specify products with consultants, developers, and MEP contractors.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with tender documents and project specifications.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations to increase product awareness.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, estimation, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
  • Maintain updated project pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales within the UAE (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/DX systems).
  • Proven experience dealing with consultants, MEP contractors, and developers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC design principles, equipment selection, and system integration.
  • Established client base and market knowledge in the UAE HVAC sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD and HVAC selection software.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
