Senior Sales Engineer / Manager (Heavy Equipments)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Manager with a strong background in the heavy equipment industry to lead and manage sales operations for a well-established organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the heavy equipment rental, sales, and trading market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Apply expertise in leasing, financing, and warranty solutions for heavy equipment
  • Maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts within Riyadh and the broader Saudi market
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to seize growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with key clients
  • Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track performance and enhance sales efficiency
  • Mentor, train, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and professional growth
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a sales managerial role within the heavy equipment sector

  • In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment sales, rental, and trading practices
  • Strong understanding of the Riyadh market and Saudi customer base
  • Established network of contacts within the heavy equipment industry
  • Expertise in leasing, financing, and warranty options for heavy equipment
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Valid Saudi Driving License
