We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Manager with a strong background in the heavy equipment industry to lead and manage sales operations for a well-established organization based in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for heavy equipment sales, rental, and trading.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Apply expertise in leasing, financing, and warranty solutions for heavy equipment.
  • Maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts within Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with key clients.
  • Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track performance and improve sales efficiency.
  • Mentor, train, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a sales managerial role within the heavy equipment sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment sales, rental, and trading practices.
  • Strong understanding of the Riyadh market and Saudi customer base.
  • Established network of contacts within the heavy equipment industry.
  • Expertise in leasing, financing, and warranty options for heavy equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Valid Saudi Driving License required.
