Department: Sales & Business Development Work

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new customer accounts in the Indian market.
  • Leverage 3+ years of proven sales experience to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

2. Market Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to shape sales strategy and execution.

3. Relationship Building

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients (CXOs and decision-makers).
  • Understand client needs and position solutions, products, and services effectively.

4. Strategic Planning & Sales Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the solutions team to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals to ensure consistent new customer acquisition.

5. Target Achievement

  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Present strong value propositions, drive business conversations, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

o Minimum 3+ years in new customer acquisition and account hunting.

o Proven success in selling IT Software Services, Products, and Solutions.

o Exposure to BFSI account management and large enterprise clients is an added advantage.

o Strong professional network with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and key decision-makers across India.

  • Skills & Competencies:

o In-depth knowledge of IT industry trends, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.

o Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o Ability to think strategically, innovate, and challenge the status quo.

o Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals.

  • Qualification:

o BE / B.Tech (mandatory).

o Post-Graduation in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
