Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Lead Management
- Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries received via email, phone, website, or social platforms.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, project potential, and budget.
- Conduct initial calls or meetings to understand client requirements and introduce company offerings.
- Assign lead priority and initiate next steps.
2. Quotation & Design Coordination
- Collaborate with internal Quotation and Design teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients.
- Follow up with internal departments to monitor progress and remove bottlenecks.
3. Sales Pipeline Management
- Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present proposals and solutions.
- Handle client objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
- Prepare and issue sales orders, work orders, or agreements as needed.
4. CRM & Reporting
- Enter and update lead data, client interactions, deal status, and follow-ups in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for review by sales leadership.
5. Sales Targets & KPIs
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Track progress against KPIs such as lead conversion rate, sales closures, revenue generated, and deal pipeline value.
- Proactively work on improving performance based on sales goals.
6. Payment Follow-up & Collections
- Coordinate with clients and the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve disputes or delays professionally.
- Ensure collection timelines are aligned with company credit policies.
7. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact post-sale.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or client servicing role (preferably B2B).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
