Senior Sales Executive

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with educational institutions (B2B & B2G) for AI training programs, certifications, and digital learning solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with principals, directors, placement heads, deans, CSR heads, and training managers.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and webinars for decision-makers and academic stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, proposal drafting, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on market needs.
  • Track performance using CRM tools, prepare sales reports, and drive monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B / Institutional / Corporate Sales, preferably in EdTech, Training, Skill Development, AI, or Software Solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel and independently manage client meetings.
  • Experience in selling to colleges, universities, and government training bodies is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
