Position Title: Senior Sales – Home Automation and IOT Distribution
Office Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:
Requiring strategic planning and direct execution, will lead sales efforts, develop long-term client relationships, and take full accountability for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key account personnel.
  • Develop and execute account plans for strategic growth.
  • Identify and secure new strategic customers.
  • Sell and present home automation solutions to distributors, resellers, and enterprise clients.
  • Coordinate internal teams to meet account goals.
  • Lead solution development efforts tailored to customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise/distribution sales, with 3+ years in local market.
  • Experience with CRM and account management tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
