Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues or concerns.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales same industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in software and MS Office.
