Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our Enza Home Lahore showroom team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and selling skills, a passion for furniture and interior design, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Enza Home’s product range, materials, and design concepts.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules accurately.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain showroom presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and sales team to develop and execute promotional and marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, luxury retail, or interior design sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS or CRM systems.
  • Energetic, confident, and results-driven personality.
  • Ability to work on weekends and retail hours as required.
