Senior Sales Executive

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive– Freight Forwarding
(Minimum 5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a solid background in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding market reach, and nurturing strong client relationships to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Air and Ocean Freight (Export, Import, and Cross Trade).
• Promote the company’s full range of services, including:
• Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL)
• Air Freight (Export, Import, Cross Trade)
• Warehousing & Distribution
• Customs Clearance & Transportation
• Break Bulk / ODC Shipments
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive quotations and ensure high service standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Oversee rate renewals, manage client accounts, and follow up on collections to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (Air & Sea).
• Established client network and customer base within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Deep understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and freight operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
