We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in the blinds, curtains, shades, and furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business by visiting interior design companies, fit-out companies, contractors, and consultants, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit interior design companies, fit-out companies, contractors, and consultants to generate new business.
  • Promote company products including blinds, curtains, shades, and furniture solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM or sales reports.
  • Coordinate with production, installation, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in blinds, curtains, shades, or furniture field.
  • Strong network with interior designers, fit-out companies, and contractors.
  • Proven track record in B2B and project-based sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.
