Sales Administrator Real Estate Developer

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Reporting To: Head of Sales / Sales Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with a real estate developer in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah. The role will support the sales team in managing documentation, broker coordination, and compliance with Sharjah Municipality and Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with off-plan and ready property sales processes in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Documentation Support

Prepare, review, and manage Sales Agreements, booking forms, reservation forms, and allotment letters

Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth processing of sales transactions

Maintain accurate sales trackers, client records, and unit inventories

Assist in unit blocking, releases, cancellations, and transfers in line with developer approvals

Broker & Client Coordination

Liaise with external brokerage firms and agents for document collection and transaction follow-ups

Ensure broker registrations, agreements, and compliance documentation are complete and up to date

Support the sales team in following up with clients on documentation and payment schedules

Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure sales processes comply with Sharjah Municipality, SRERD, and developer policies

Coordinate documentation related to escrow accounts and payment milestones, where applicable

Support internal audits and management compliance requirements

Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and pipeline reports

Track commissions, approvals, and payment statuses

Provide administrative support to senior sales management

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience working with a real estate developer (Sharjah experience preferred)

Strong understanding of developer sales processes in Sharjah, including off-plan and ready properties

Familiarity with Sharjah Municipality procedures and real estate registration requirements

Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple transactions and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience working on residential, mixed-use, or villa community developments

Strong attention to detail and document control

Professional communication skills with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders
