Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Optimization & Client Relationship Management:
· Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and store-assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Advanced Selling: Utilize deep product knowledge to cross-sell and up-sell premium items, maximizing the average transaction value.
· Clienteling: Build and maintain a dedicated database of high-net-worth or repeat VIP clients; proactively notify them of new arrivals, private previews, and exclusive promotions.
Key Responsibilities:

· Clienteling: Build and maintain a dedicated database of high-net-worth or repeat VIP clients; proactively notify them of new arrivals, private previews, and exclusive promotions. Identify and develop new export customers for all brands.
· Objection Handling: Confidently address complex customer queries, technical product questions, and price negotiations to secure conversions.
2. Floor Operations & Visual Merchandising:
· Inventory Oversight: Monitor allocated stock levels, handle inventory additions/deletions, and perform routine quality checks (QC) to minimize shrinkage and damages.
· Visual Standards: Ensure the showroom floor, product displays, and merchandise presentation strictly adhere to the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
· Escalation Management: Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, exchanges, or returns, resolving conflicts professionally to protect brand reputation.
3. Leadership & Team Mentoring
· Staff Training: Onboard, train, and mentor junior sales executives on sales techniques, brand culture, and grooming standards.
· Reporting: Track daily sales metrics, compile performance logs, and provide actionable feedback/market insights to the Store Manager.
· Skills & Competencies
· Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to persuade, handle rejections, and close high-value sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
· Communication: Elite interpersonal and verbal communication skills; multilingual capabilities are highly advantageous depending on the region's demographics.
· Analytical Ability: Comfortable using retail POS (Point of Sale) systems, CRM software, and analyzing daily sales data to spot buying trends.
· Professional Grooming: Immaculate physical appearance and adherence to corporate grooming standards to project a premium brand image.
Job Requirements & Qualifications Criteria Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (High School Diploma acceptable with extensive luxury/premium retail experience). 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in retail sales (experience in luxury Perfumes & Cosmetics retail showrooms is highly preferred). Technical Proficiency in modern retail POS software, CRM platforms, and basic MS Office (Excel for sales logging). Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays based on retail peak hours. Languages: Arabic, Hindi & English.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
