Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business development and sales of composite materials and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of composites (FRP, CFRP, GFRP, etc.), a proven sales track record, and the ability to build strong customer relationships in industries such as automotive, aerospace, marine, construction, and wind energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the composites sector.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate composite solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in composites or industrial materials.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of composite materials and applications is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
