About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell a range of industrial products and solutions across Pakistan. The role will involve selling material handling equipment, industrial lubricants, warehouse solutions, engineering products, and related industrial services to customers in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, textile, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, engineering, construction, and other industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in industrial sales, customer relationship management, business development, and solution-based selling. Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, visiting industrial clients, understanding customer requirements, and presenting suitable products and solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct regular sales visits to industrial customers, factories, warehouses, logistics companies, and commercial organizations.
  • Promote and sell industrial products including material handling equipment, forklifts, warehouse equipment, lubricants, hydraulic oils, engine oils, specialty fluids, and other related solutions.
  • Educate customers about product features, applications, benefits, technical advantages, cost savings, and long-term value.
  • Understand customer operations and recommend suitable equipment, products, or service solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing departments, maintenance teams, warehouse managers, production managers, plant engineers, and senior decision-makers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, product comparisons, and commercial offers for customers.
  • Follow up with customers regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock availability, product information, delivery, service support, and after-sales requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, customer needs, and pricing conditions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Support customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Candidates with diploma or technical education may also be considered if they have strong sales ability.
  • Prior experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, engineering products, lubricants, forklifts, warehouse equipment, machinery, automotive, logistics, or manufacturing-related products will be preferred.
  • Fresh or early-career candidates with strong confidence, communication skills, and willingness to learn may also be considered.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan’s industrial sectors and customer base will be an added advantage.
