We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive – Enterprise Solutions to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales and revenue growth for HADITA. You will proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while building strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, the ability to consult and position complex enterprise solutions, and a proven track record in achieving results.

This is a key role in our Dubai sales team with a clear pathway to management for high-performing individuals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and engage enterprise clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities across sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning HADITA’s solutions as enablers of digital transformation.
  • Solution Selling: Present and pitch HADITA’s services—including custom applications, ERP, e-commerce platforms, and AI/data analytics—tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Target Ownership: Take full accountability for achieving and exceedingly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to strengthen consultative selling.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in enterprise technology services, digital transformation, or IT consulting.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills: Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: Results-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
