Senior Sales Executive (Farm or Agriculture Background)

Job Accountabilities:

• Responsible for promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• To analyze budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• To regularly present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by manager.

Qualifications, Skills/Competencies and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• 10+ years of similar experience
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Report Preparation

Salary: AED7,000 up to 12,000 (Vehicle and Fuel will be provided by Company)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Manager in Farm: 10 years (Required)
• Farm or Agriculture Sales Manager: 10 years (Required)
