Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive-Front/Upsell to lead our dynamic sales team. If you have a proven track record in design and development sales and excel in front-end selling and upselling, this opportunity is for you.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 140,000 (based on skills and experience)

Target: 4K$ to 7k$
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead front-end sales efforts in IT, web, and design-related services.
• Engage and convert leads from platforms like Bark.com and Discord.
• Build strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Analyze sales data and report insights to senior management.
• Train and support team members to ensure a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT or design sales.
• Strong command over front sales and upselling strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
