Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the furniture or home décor industry, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through showroom and direct client sales.
• Greet and assist customers in selecting furniture and home décor items that match their preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and promote Enza Home’s brand values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in clients, interior designers, and corporate customers.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and product presentation in the showroom.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales follow-ups professionally.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share insights with management.
• Stay updated on product features, trends, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the furniture, interior, or retail industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and confident personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
