Senior Sales Executive – HoReCa (Fine Foods)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing fine-foods business and lead new business development across the HoReCa sector in the GCC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about premium ingredients, well-connected in the industry, and eager to help build a brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business across hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and specialty retailers.
  • Grow our portfolio of imported fine-food brands and expand our customer base across the UAE/GCC.
  • Provide insight and input into product development, marketing direction, and brand positioning.
  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and logistics to ensure operational excellence.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tastings, trade shows, and supplier meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in HoReCa or premium F&B.
  • Strong organisational skills and a self-starter mindset.
  • Proficiency in Italian (spoken & written) – essential for supplier communication.
  • A solid network of HoReCa clients in the region.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for food, hospitality, and relationship building.
  • Ability to thrive in a growing business and contribute across functions.
  • UAE/GCC driving licence preferred.
