Job Description

Raast Solutions is expanding its Sales Department and is looking to hire high-caliber, mature, and experienced Sales Professionals for our international projects. This is a pure sales role, working directly with US and Australian clients on our own in-house projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Mature, professional, and confident sales candidates
• Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience
• Strong negotiation, closing, and client-handling skills
• Educated and career-oriented individuals
• Age requirement: 26+ only

This is NOT a call center job
Candidates from the following backgrounds should NOT apply:

• CSR / Call Center Agents (non-sales)
• Business Development Executives (non-sales)
• Medicare / Insurance / FE Campaign experience (non-sales)

Shift Timings (PKST)

• US Shift: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM
• Australia Shift: 03:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

Off Days: Saturday & Sunday (2 days off)

Salary & Compensation

• Basic Salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000
• Bonuses: Up to PKR 400,000
• Market-competitive and performance-based package

Training

• Professional sales training will be provided by the Sales Director
