Senior Sales Executive (IT)

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Visit customers to build solid relationships and ensure a flow of sales opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets for both the company and individual goals
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better sales results
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on ongoing projects
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues
  • Provide weekly sales reports and forecast future sales.
  • Proven IT sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
  • Demonstrable experience in generating leads and building customer relationships
  • Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Drive sales efforts to achieve a monthly revenue goal.
  • Introduce company products and solutions through email and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain and update the sales funnel weekly, and share progress with the CEO.
  • Gather customer requirements to develop tailored proposals for IT, MPS, and hardware solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and solution-based pitches to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with presales for customized solutions and MPS-focused presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Keep customer records updated and maintain relevant product certifications.
  • Promote maintenance SLAs and drive toner sales with warranty fulfillment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
