Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead and expand private label and brand partnerships across retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Identify and convert leads with regional distributors, retailers (pharmacies, supermarkets), and HORECA clients.Build B2B opportunities for custom product development and contract manufacturing.

Business Development: Work with marketing and R&D to align new product launches with client needs. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

Revenue Growth: Own monthly/quarterly revenue targets and margins. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales growth and business objectives.

Team Mentorship: Mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

6-10 years of experience in B2B or FMCG sales, preferably in personal care or hygiene industries.

Strong negotiation and contract closure skills.

Experience working with export markets or managing e-commerce retail expansion is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of manufacturing lead times, MOQ, and packaging dynamics in private label.

Strong network and relationships with regional distributors, retailers, and HORECA clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Expected Business Contribution:

Bring or activate 3-5 large private label/distribution clients within the first 6-9 months. Generate USD 300K+ in new annual business from direct networks or developed opportunities.
