Senior Sales Executive – Natural Stone Contracting

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with 10+ years of experience in the construction and fit-out industry, ideally with exposure to natural stone, façades, or architectural finishes. The role involves identifying high-value opportunities, developing strategic relationships with main contractors, consultants, and project management firms, and closing deals ranging from AED 1M to AED 50M+. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped commissions that can exceed millions of dirhams annually depending on project size.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and developers
  • Identify upcoming projects at design and tender stage; secure RFQs and technical meetings
  • Present El Alfy Saraya’s portfolio, capabilities, and value engineering options to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with estimating and technical teams to prepare tailored proposals and quotations
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award and post-award follow-up
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to position offerings competitively
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with a focus on large-scale, high-margin projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven sales/business development experience in the construction industry
  • Strong network within UAE’s contracting, consultancy, and PMC sectors
  • Experience in high-value project sales (AED 5M+) with a focus on façade, stone, or architectural packages
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycles, tendering, technical submittals, and procurement channels
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing a long sales cycle
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
