Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage high-value clients, close complex deals, and support business growth in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle mid-to-large logistics clients and strategic accounts

* Convert qualified leads into confirmed shipments

* Negotiate rates and close high-value deals

* Support and guide junior sales team members

* Coordinate with pricing and operations teams for service execution

* Maintain and grow sales pipeline

Requirements:

* Experience in logistics/freight forwarding sales preferred

* Strong negotiation and closing skills

* Ability to manage client relationships independently

* Good understanding of import/export operations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Revenue generated

* Deal conversion rate

* Average shipment value

* Client retention

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
