Senior Sales Head

Role Overview

KPZ Developers is looking for a high-impact Sales Head to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, strategy, and autonomy, and is capable of building a results-driven sales culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Monitor pipelines, track performance, and ensure target achievement
  • Design and implement sales processes and systems
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business channels
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Maintain strong client relationships and oversee major deal closures

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-10+ years of experience in real estate sales head , team managing
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A mindset of ownership, accountability, and innovation
