Marketing Head - Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visibility
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Manage social media, advertising, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Manage marketing budgets effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in marketing (leadership role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Experience in real estate marketing (preferred, if applicable)
