Senior Sales Manager (GCC Experience)

Industry: Technical Textiles – HDPE Shade Nets & Tensile Fabrics

Location: UAE (must be stationed in UAE or willing to relocate)

Experience: 10+ years in the GCC region within HDPE Shade Nets / Tensile Fabrics industry

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our sales and business development activities across GCC countries. The role requires deep market knowledge, strong industry connections, and a proven track record in building sales networks for HDPE shade nets or tensile fabrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the GCC markets, aligned with overall business growth objectives.
  • Channel Development: Establish, expand, and manage a strong distributor/dealer network across the region.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, distributors, government agencies, and key accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in target companies.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve annual sales targets and contribute to long-term market penetration.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across GCC countries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in the GCC region within HDPE shade nets, tensile fabrics, or similar technical textile products.
  • Prior experience with leading companies in the sector (e.g., Gale Pacific, Nola Fabrics, Polyfab, Mehler, Serge Ferrari, or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • Established network of distributors, contractors, and industry stakeholders across GCC markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a highly competitive environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC region.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth for a similar product line.
  • Strength and depth of existing GCC market connections.
  • Proven capability to set up and manage a channel sales distribution model.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Relocation assistance (if applicable).
