Senior Sales Manager Required Urgently

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of sales managers and representatives to ensure performance and professional growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set ambitious but achievable goals and ensure the team meets or exceeds quotas and KPIs.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales metrics and provide detailed forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer retention.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software
  • Ability to travel as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
