About the Role

RACS, an Approved Conformity Assessment Body by SASO, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in Saudi Arabia within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge, excellent networking capabilities, and a deep understanding of Saudi conformity assessment programs (SASO, SABER, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets across KSA.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients in key industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with manufacturers, importers, and exporters.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to create tailored service proposals.
  • Represent RACS at client meetings, industry events, and forums across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the TIC industry.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi market regulations, SASO, and SABER certification systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
