Senior Sales Manager – Oil & Gas Chemicals Division

About the Company

We are a UAE-based chemical trading and manufacturing company, supplying raw materials to industrial, detergent, and specialty chemical sectors. As part of our strategic expansion, we are developing our Oil & Gas Chemicals Division and are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with strong, direct experience in supplying chemicals to oilfield service companies and drilling contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business with oilfield service providers, drilling contractors, mud companies, and EPC firms across UAE and GCC.
  • Promote and supply a wide range of drilling, stimulation, and production chemicals, including:
  • Bentonite, Barite, Xanthan Gum, PAC, CMC, Guar, Caustic Soda, Soda Ash, Glycols, Mutual Solvents, MEA, DEA, MDEA, Surfactants, Demulsifies, Corrosion Inhibitors, Scale Inhibitors, IPA, Methanol, Ethanol, Xylene, Toluene, Hydrochloric Acid, Formic Acid, Acetic Acid and related product lines.
  • Lead vendor registration, pre-qualification, and product approval processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with procurement & technical teams at target clients.
  • Identify tenders, RFQs, and new project opportunities; oversee pricing and negotiation.
  • Achieve sales and growth targets and provide regular market intelligence updates.

Target Customer Experience (Mandatory)

Candidate must have active and proven sales relationships with companies such as:
Halliburton, Schlumberger (SLB), Baker Hughes, Weatherford, OilSERV, NESR, KBR, Petrofac, Nabors, ADES, AlMansoori, and other drilling & well service companies across GCC.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of sales experience in Oil & Gas chemical supplies within UAE/GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of drilling fluids, stimulation chemicals, and rig site chemical requirements.
  • Successful track record in vendor registration and product approvals with oilfield service companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
