The Sr. Sales Manager at TSS Advertising oversees the sales team, develops and implements sales strategies, cultivates customer relationships, achieves sales targets, and ensures client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve budgeted sales,profitability,collection and growth targets as per short term(annual)and a long term business plan of the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and results.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Ensure efficient sales operations and processes.
  • Implement best practices and continuously improve sales workflows.
  • Manage sales resources effectively to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualification and Experience

  • Any UG/PG graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in sales management in Advertising / Events or Exhibitions .
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
