Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new business in corporate, leisure, and group/MICE segments.
  • Conduct site visits, client entertainment activities, and proactive sales calls.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
  • Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure alignment with Holiday Inn brand standards and guest satisfaction objectives.
