Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and finance departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales (Managerial role preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of local automobile market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
