Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales development of key accounts and strategic projects in target industries.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, including needs analysis, solution alignment, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Coordinate with technical, engineering, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of major projects.
  • Analyze market and competitors to develop key account sales strategies.
  • Coach and train subordinate sales staff to improve team capabilities.
  • Assist in developing annual sales budgets and marketing activity plans to achieve targets.
  • Build and manage local channel networks, develop and maintain partnerships (including distributors, system integrators, etc.).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering.
  • Over 7 years of sales experience in automation, digitization or petrochemical, with at least 3 years in key account management.
  • Successful track record in large projects,
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong performance-driven mindset and project follow-up capability.
