Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the automobile industry, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership revenue
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, banks, and individual customers
- Oversee showroom operations and ensure excellent customer experience
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and reporting to management
- Handle high-value customer negotiations and closing deals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably in a managerial role)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing, and banking coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a recognized automobile brand dealership
- Strong network in corporate and banking sectors
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
