Role - Senior Sales Manager (Emirati Talent)

Location - Dubai

Salary - AED 42,000 plus Benefits



• Collaborate with the executive team to formulate business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

• Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform business development initiatives.

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's reach and enhance its offerings.

• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, networking, and other relevant channels.

• Manage and inspire a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

• Oversee the sales pipeline, track progress, and implement strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth.

• Lead negotiations for major deals, contracts, and partnerships to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on business development metrics to the executive team.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Work Experience: 8 to 10 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Relations and Service, Business Development.
  • Experience in managing large teams
